The Estate of Francis Bacon is pleased to donate a lithograph of Francis Bacon's Lying Figure, 1969, to the Terrence Higgins Trust Annual Event, The Auction. The charity auction in support of people living with HIV will take place on 17 March at Christie's, London.

This donation is made in memory of the late Christophe Dejean, who was a key member of staff at The Estate of Francis Bacon and a long-time supporter of the Terrence Higgins Trust.

Last year the annual flagship event raised a staggering £316,000. Over its history the event has raised £3 million to make a difference to the lives of people living with and affected by HIV.

Find out more about the donated Francis Bacon lithograph via the work's lot notes. Information on 'The Auction', including ticketing, lots and how to make a donation can be found here. To learn more about the Terrence Higgins Trust visit their website.
